Currently lunch and dinner are the only options we offer. We're definitely looking to add breakfast in the future! Lunch and dinner are delivered together at around noon to the location you prefer.

We have a proprietary system based on artificial intelligence that selects the meals that are most fit for your diet and body parameters. You can choose not to share these preferences. This will make the experience less personal. Our meal plan has gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan meals.
By making sure that our users have access to personal meal plans that aim to supply them with the right amount of nutrients, the healthy life expectancy of a user is set to be extended in the long run. We want to include breakfast and dinner as fast as possible in our subscription to give you a view of your total daily nutrient consumption.

You can! Go to your meal plan for next week. Select the day you want to swap. Tap the three dots on the card of the meal you want to swap. You can select any other meal to replace your current meal. You can change your meal plan for next week until Thursday at 10AM the week before.

Sure! Open your week menu and tap the three dots on a meal card of which you want to change the address. Here you can change the address up to 24hrs before delivery. Same goes for the delivery location!
You can! Our meals stay fresh in the fridge. We advise not to keep them longer then one day in the fridge as this is fresh food which will lose quality if kept longer.
This depends. If you have used VISA to pay, your subscription is renewed automatically every week on Thursday! If you have used Bancontact to pay, you should renew your payment every week in our app by confirming your meal plan.
In the settings menu on the application, you can cancel you subscription any time.
Currently this is not supported in the app. However, feel free to reach out to us, we would be happy to arrange extra meals for you! Be aware that meal orders for the next week should all be in at the latest Thursday at 10AM, the week before.
The minimal amount of meals to order every week is two meals at this moment in time.
Our recommendation engine prepares a meal plan for you automatically every week. You can alter this meal plan by adding dishes, swapping dishes, adding dinner and so on. The deadline to alter your meal plan for next week is on Thursday at 10 AM. If you haven't confirmed your plan by then, it will autoconfirm for you so that you don't miss your meals the week after. If you paid using Bancontact or other non-recurring payment methods this auto-confirmation is currently not possible.
We accept multiple recurring and non-recurring payment methods.
Visa and Mastercard are the non-recurring payment methods we accept. These methods allow you to receive new meals every week in a subscription format, without having to do a new manual payment every week.
Bancontact and EdenRed Ticket Restaurant meal vouchers are the non-recurring payment methods we currently accept.
You can chose the delivery temperature in the Freshkart application. You can chose hot or cold lunch. If you order extra meals or dinner, these are delivered cold together with your lunch.
